A lemonade diet makes sense, since water by itself tastes so bland to me I put lemon juice in it. After a few weeks of drinking that, I felt so much more lively. My energy came back, I was drinking more water and losing weight. Lemons have rather amazing detoxing and feel-good effects to them.

I actually like to eat lemons with a little salt, and I’ve always noticed that not only do I have more energy but it actually does help your skin. My face looks clearer and it adds a glow to it.

This might be the diet that I am looking for since I am having some problem with my kidney nowadays. It is aching most of the times so doing some hardcore exercises is not for me now that I am older.
Any instruction on how could do the lemonade diet?

I do think it makes sense as I read through this and learn more about it. I just don’t know that I could go without eating something substantial.
I love lemonade, but believe it or not, I’m not really into lemons. I need to read more and learn more.

I had a sore throat and some other common cold symptoms. Amazingly, the only thing that actually helped my throat was lemonade. I tried all the other traditional ways, but lemonade seemed to do the trick. So not only is it great tasting, it helps you out when you are a bit under the weather too.
