I suffered from stomach pain and burning mostly, couldn’t sleep well and just hated those extra pounds I couldn’t get rid of no matter what I did. Now I stumbled upon this system that is easy and it doesn’t require expensive medication or difficult exercises.

If you decide to take this diet I must request you to consult your physician in time. You should take his advice first and let him know details of this diet. Next, you must be strong in mind so that you can bear the hassle of the first few days. My wife has refused this out of fear although one of her friends has been benefited by this lemon and cayenne diet.

It is believed that women lose a heavy calcium content in pregnancy and after giving birth their bodies virtually lack calcium. Calcium and lemon go together. An intake of good doses of lemon juice is a good substitute for calcium.
