Cayanne pepper? I guess this is how the blog got it’s name. Do you mix it into the lemonade? Does it not make the taste a little bit off?
The speed of the detox is what tempts me, but I’m not in very good physical condition and I worry about the side effects. Seems a litle much for a simple detox diet.

So lemonade diet is a good example of cleansing diet since I ids the body of harmful toxins just like any other cleansing die that I have already read.
This kind of diet is good for those people who are suffering from diseases and not for hose who wants to only lose some weight.

Hmm, this is very interesting. I have always been a big lemonade drinker but never stopped to think of all the cleansing it could do. I’ve never actually drank lemonade only without anything else, but I am willing to give it a try, although the stomach cramps don’t really sound too appealing.

Oh, I am not sure I would have the strength to do this. I actually clicked on this because it sounded interesting. I see the value in eliminating toxins, and I’ve seen my sister do cleansing routines like this one, but I need food.
I am weak, I think.

To what Machida said above: I mentioned this another article but lemonade did wonders to help my sore throat this past week when nothing else could help. My 6 year old daughter loves it too, so that is another added benefit to our family. I am definitely gonna keep our house stocked up with lemonade.
