So let’s start with what exactly is calorie shifting. By now we have all heard about the diet that you eliminate carbs out of your diet and we have also heard about the diet that you eat nothing but hot peppers and drink lemonade or something like that. This diet uses a foolproof technique that cannot fail. The reason that these diets usually fail is because your body will be able to figure out the trick and as a result will be able to adjust so that it changes your metabolism rate thus throwing your diet completely off track. In simple English our body is designed to adjust to change in our diet and thus this causes a reduction in the amount of fat being burned.
To have any success at losing weight the trick is to have your metabolism stay at a high rate therefore making it easier for you to lose weight as more fat is being burned off of your body. Our body’s are programmed to store fat for a time that we may not have food to eat, so if you reduce your calories then your body will try to conserve your fat reserve to help you survive. This is the reason you will at first lose weight but then you will just stop as your body will be fighting against the diet in an effort to help you.
The way that this diet works is it makes your body think that you are not on a diet. This as a result will trick your body to not reduce your metabolism and will make your diet idiot proof. This is how the diet earned the name idiot proof diet. By following this diet your body will never detect that you are on a diet because you are changing the amount of food that you are eating. In addition you are switching the types of food around so your body is none the wiser as to what is going on.
I know you are going to ask the question as to does the idiot proof diet work. I have known people on the diet, and I will say that they did in fact lose weight on the idiot proof diet. Now chances are that you will not wind up looking like a movie star but you will lose enough weight that you and your friends will be able to notice a difference in your appearance. The idiot proof diet has worked in the past and it can work for you too.

Has anyone here actually tried this yet? It almost looks to good to be true, that is if you can really trick your body like that. However, it seems to be one of the easiest diets out there.
