Getting Started on the Idiot Proof Diet

By now you may or may not have heard about this new diet that is the latest craze among those that are obsessed with losing weight. This new fad is called the idiot proof diet or for a better name weight loss for dummies diet. So you will be asking yourself this question does the idiot proof diet work and if so how does it work? First know this fact the idiot proof diet is not like the other diets that have come and gone over the last few years. The reason that this diet is different is because it implements pieces of the other diets and turns them into one diet that is proven to have positive results for a person that is looking to lose weight.

The way that this diet works is that it allows you to eat a variety of foods and you just switch the calories to trick your body into thinking that is not on a diet. You will need to understand how your body works to be able to grasp fully the idiot proof diet concept. People think that starvation is the key to weight loss. While this may be true you need to consider this starvation and lack of eating are one bad as your body needs certain nutrients to survive. The other reason that not eating is a bad idea is because you will actually slow the process of losing weight down. The reason for this is because you will cause your metabolism to slow down therefore slowing the rate of fat burning.

The idiot proof diet tricks your body into not thinking that it is on a diet. Doing this is what makes this diet a huge success and allows you to lose the needed weight that you need to, and see the results that you are seeking.

The thing that makes this diet a lot more effective is the fact that you intake 2,500 calories the first day. After a few days you will start to reduce the number of calories to a point that you will be taking in around 1,000 calories a day, by doing this your body will never detect the diet and in fact will actually increase your metabolism.

Now you will not be able to go crazy in your eating of your foods. This is not a diet that you will just be able to eat whatever you want and as a result have no consequences. You will need to follow the same kinds of foods that are associated with a diet. This will help in two ways to make the idiot proof diet work in losing weight and in keeping that weight off for good.

Getting started on the idiot proof diet is fairly easy to do you will just need to go online and find a site that is promoting the diet and download a copy of the plan. Once you do this you will find the rest to be easy to do and to follow on a daily basis.

I never head of this die before but I think that it might work.
I am one of those people who tend to starve themselves thinking that I could lose weight that way but I tend to be fatter in the end.

Yeah, I tend to be the person who starves themselves to lose weight as well, that only works for wrestlers who need to drop a weight class quickly. I mean, if you look at the buddha he starves himself, then got super fat. Lol.

I downloaded the plan, and it actually looks…well, idiot proof! I really like it and it seems like it’ll work.

I agree that starving yourself really does not work. Every time I have tried that I was so weak that I couldn’t even get my work done. This is a neat idea as it tricks you into thinking you are really not on a diet and definitely something I may look into.

I’ve been going back and reading over this diet and doing some research, and it doesn’t really look like you are starving yourself, but I still wonder what the success rate is. Having to eliminate foods seems like it may be a bit tough, but if that can be done then this diet looks to be pretty simple other than that.
