Phase three increases caloric intake to as much as 1500 calories and more rigorous exercise is taken on.
The fat flush cleansing diet may work to reduce weight and keep it off more because of its directive to shift the dieter to a healthy eating regimen than its cleansing diet abilities. There has been no scientific proof as to whether a cleansing diet actually works to detoxify the body. Why it is true that a cleansing diet will result in fast weight loss, this is often attributed to the rigors of such a regimen. The fat flush cleansing diet, however, has a long-range plan that may make it the best cleansing diet out of them all.

I find the fact that you can’t drink water during the liver detox phase a little odd. I thought the primary demand when trying to detox is to drink lots of water. What would you drink during a meal? Nothing?

I heard about cleansing diet before but never heard about any fat cleansing diet.
Honestly, don’t like the idea of cleansing diet since it requires us not eat within those period of time but reading this article makes me want to try it.
