Unless you have been on a cleansing diet recently, you will benefit from a cleansing diet now. The more processed foods you eat, the greater the waste build up becomes. This is because processed foods have very little, if any, nutrient content and are therefore mostly waste in your system. So, if you eat a lot of processed foods, you are probably in great need of a cleansing diet. Foods like meat and dairy products contain chemical preservatives, hormones, and medicines that contribute to slowing the digestive system and building up waste. So, if you eat a lot of these sorts of foods, you, no doubt, would greatly benefit from a cleansing diet regimen.

The basic idea is that if you eat like most Americans, and have not done a cleansing diet in a year or more, you should consider doing a cleansing diet soon. There are many types of cleansing diets from which to choose. If you have never done a cleansing diet before, it is best to undertake one with a less stringent regimen than some of the popular cleansing diets out there. A simple cleansing diet of organic fruits and vegetables, pasta, beans, rice, and herbs is a good way to begin.

    I like that last part, “if you eat like most americans”, I completely agree. Basically if you eat anything other than fresh fruits and vegetables you need one. I…uh, haven’t ever done a cleansing diet so, I guess I need one!

    It’s a shame than meats and diary have so much crap in them now, back in the olden days they would have been good for you.

    The only time that I know that I should o on a cleansing diet is when the doctor told me to do so. Otherwise, I would tend to stick to eating almost anything that is served on my plate. Having a diet plans means that you are going to spend more than usual.

    After reading these articles I decided to try this, and so far so good. I lost about 5 pounds in 4 days though so I don’t know if that is too fast or not. I do know I like the results and have more energy though.
