For me, cravings are always the worst part of any diet. As you say, it is more of a mental thing than an actual need for cake, chocolate, or whatever your food nemesis may be.
Any diet needs a significant amount of self control.

I see some people who are well past their 70s but still craving for toffies. They simply could not give up their liking for chocolates and toffies. It is an annoying experience for their better halves because they do their best to control their husbands in this regard.

It’s presumed that diet is strictly only for obese people, diet means starving combined with exercise and many other misunderstood thoughts are prevailing among the general public. In other words diet is compared with an overhauling of one’s own body like a machine and it defers upon the individual requirements. A detailed know how about diet is very neatly elaborated through this blog to make one more comfortable in undertaking a diet plan.

Sometimes we may be driven to test for ourselves the sample which the company offers. I do not think there will be any harm in trying the product for free. Care has to be taken of course to stick to the basics before deciding for yourself.
