If advices are taken seriously and practiced properly there is no cons in following cayenne pepper diet. As far as spending is concerned, it’s nothing compared to many other dubious dietary plans floating around. Weight loss is achieved by washing out that unwanted toxic material from the body through this dietary plan.

i did lose weight on this diet… but it was awful. I was always hungry, since you can’t eat on the diet, and my stomach would sometimes feel queasy after the drink. My hair would fall out too. It was the most miserable time of my life… i’m glad i stopped. I gained all the weight back, and even more…. Now i’m just losing the weight through exercise and eating healthier. I’m not doing this diet ever again.
