    The first two sentences here is the biggest true statement for dieters in any country anywhere. People expect to drink on shake then BOOM they are ultra slim and can drink whatever they want. It’s about as silly an expectation as believing a fairy tale to be true. It’s really good that these diets have fast results, but even better that they are shown and proven results.

    I won’t eat for 10 days?
    I seem an eternity for me since a diabetic person; if I don’t eat then my blood sugar level would drop down and might cause hypoglycemia. It is a medical term among diabetes patients that would mean death since it could result for us to have a stroke attack.
    This diet is not really for me!

    I DRANK THE CAYENNE PEPPER, HONEY, AND LEMON JUICE. AND IT REALLY WORKS I LOST A WHOPPIN 14IBS. WOOOOW IS ALL I CAN SAY…. IT ACTUALLY WORKS NOOO LIE….
