    The suggestion to find a buddy to try the honey and Cayenne pepper diet together seems to have started from lack of self-confidence. Still it is better to involve another person for the same program with the same target for loosing weight and feeling good. It sounds nice when it is said that the two persons will remain accountable to one another for the ten days when they will take the ‘honey tea’ regularly.

    First question, where do I get the cayenne pepper? Is this made of what? I am really serious about having a diet. How much of it in my age would be taken up. I am at my mid thirties but I am not that fat. I just want my belly fat to become smaller. Is walking everyday a part of exercise? I hope I get the answers to my queries? Thank you very much.
