If one remembers there was a rumour primarily associating with Beyonce Knowles who apparently lost 20 pounds during filming for the movie “Dreamgirls” living only on honey cayenne pepper and water diet. There is no denial in this method helping people losing considerable pounds of weigth in short period of time. But its nature of starving for those dietary period is very hard to pursue.
