    I remember that I was able to loose some weight without having a diet plan before. All I was to eat mini meals and to exercise daily.

    Since this diet has the honey content it is believed to cleanse the blood too as honey is considered to be an effective blood purifier. Can we use this diet for longer periods? Is is good for health?

    Honey is a great substitute for sugar. Will honey also contribute to the sugar content in the blood? If so what is the remedy? Or can we take honey instead of sugar in our daily food? Or can it be mixed in the coffee and tea instead of sugar?
