A general but great dietary plan to lose weight in a more conservative way. I doubt whether people would be able to stay away from food for continuous ten days, but must for obese people to undergo this kind of dietary plan.

You mean that I will have to leave with no solid foods for 10 days. I believe that I’m going to be weak when I am following that diet. It would be harder for me to exercise.
I know that men can leave with water for days but I am sure that it will weaken them.

It sounds tough to be honest. But I have a few questions: After this diet…,what do you eat? Solid food and stuff? Wil you start to gain pounds like crazy after this diet because of the normal food you’ll eat?
