Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is being studied as a treatment for Diabetes. It has been found that two teaspoons of the nasty liquid can lower blood glucose levels by 4%. Then there are those that have seen results using vinegar tablets and the liquid for weight loss. While there may be some great health benefits to using apple cider vinegar, hardly any have been completely tested. Scientists have been busy studying the almost three hundred supposed uses of the liquid and are now getting around to some that might work.
Acetic Acid
The acetic acid in vinegar is being touted as the key to boosting metabolism and turning on fat fighting genes. Those that have tried it did so by adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a liquid once a day for up to twelve weeks. You might also want to try it on a salad.
Vinegar for Weight Loss
If you are planning on trying apple cider vinegar, first speak with a medical practitioner as the vinegar could react badly with any medications you might be taking. Plus, self medicating with an unproven technique could result in dangerous results.

The apple cider vinegar diet is very dangerous in my opinion…. I read reviews after I had been doing it foe a few months and had to have my gall bladder removed. It was contributed to this diet. I NEVER had a gall bladder attack until about 3 weeks after starting it. I ended up with massive gall stones. I looked at reviews and later learned that there are many people who have had the same trouble. It is very wise to ask a doctor first before attempting this diet.
